Ordering and lead times
Ordering our products can be doine online and we offer secure payment options. We can also take orders over the phone if that is your preference.
We aim to ship your product as soon as we can. Some orders may take longer to fullfill than others. When you place an order you should receive an email with your order details and you can also view your order on our website by registering on the site prior to placing the order.
Dispatch
When we have dispatched your order we will notify you via email and usually your order will be sent via tracked delivery so you will have a tracking code to follow progress of your delivery. If you need to discuss any previously placed order please call us on the number shown on our website heading and please have your order ID to hand.
