1. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase goods from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without giving a reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email or in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition. Products should be returned with all original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through excessive handling.

3. Return Postage Costs

For non-faulty items, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and include the purchase price and original standard delivery charge where applicable.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other statutory remedies.

6. Bowling Ball Returns

Undrilled bowling balls may be returned in accordance with this policy. Drilled, plugged, engraved, resurfaced, altered, or customised bowling balls cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Bowling Shoe Returns

Bowling shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to determine fit. Returns cannot be accepted for shoes showing signs of use, wear, dirt, or damage unless faulty.

8. Customised and Personalised Products

Drilled bowling balls, custom-drilled equipment, personalised apparel, special-order products, and made-to-order products (Marble and coloured bowls) cannot be returned unless faulty.

9. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for alternative sizes, weights, colours, or models subject to availability.

10. How to Return an Item

Please contact us with your name, order number, contact details, items being returned, reason for return, and whether you require a refund or exchange.

11. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
